Comportamiento emprendedor Una revisión de literatura desde la producción científica del proyecto GEM

Resumen
El emprendimiento ha sido estudiado desde diferentes enfoques a nivel mundial, en los cuales se han realizado investigaciones sobre cómo las personas responden a las dinámicas globales en el momento de emprender y los factores que estimulan o desaceleran el índice de desempeño en los países. Como objetivo se planteó realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre los estudios de emprendimiento a partir del proyecto GEM. Los principales hallazgos de los estudios del comportamiento emprendedor están asociados con la importancia del contexto social, legislativo, político, como base del estudio comportamental. Como conclusión se puede decir que la intención emprendedora es una variable ampliamente estudiada, a diferencia del comportamiento o la acción de emprender, que son temas que deben investigarse más a fondo, a razón de generar conocimiento que estimule nuevas formas de beneficio a nivel global e individual.
